Meeting #3 review

It was a tremendous meeting. Taking lessons from the first meeting, the first step was getting everyone to download and compile the completed projects. From there we were all on the same page, ready to investigate some Flash! :)

First we discussed code-based tweening. We looked at how to manipulate objects on the stage using this method in a variety of ways.

Following was the continuation of the external data topic. We dissected a simple slideshow that got its images from XML. I demonstrated how easy it was to manipulate and extend. We discussed the right and wrong way to engineer a slideshow.
